Meet Smaug! This cute little dragonlet is 4x4 in clay sculpture over an armature. He then was accented with acrylics, glaze and glass eyes. He comes with a Certificate of authenticity and is coated with a UVA/UVB protectant that has locked in the colors. Would make a fine guardian for any home.with glass eyes. *SOLD*

is this perhaps a descendant of the great Smaug Tolkien told us about? Wink

Thank you so much! I love the glass eyes. It sounds creepy but I get them from a taxidermist

That's so cool- Can I wait till January to buy it though? VERY low on money at the moment, and I get paid monthly (Doom to becoming broke at the begginning of the month Cry I'll need to know the price to send it to New Zealand, so if you could price that up for me- no rush Smile Dance

I will look into the price for New Zeland. My business manager won't let me hold him but what I can do is IF he sells I can make you another one like him or make any kind you want. I can totally understand being broke, I am Soooooo broke with the holidays and trying to save up for my new house and honeymoon!

Well... I suppose I can wait and see what happens. If you can give me a price for freight anyways, it'll be a start ^^

I will definately check the rates and see what we are looking at here. He hasn't sold yet and I have found if it dosen't sell posting day you usually have a wait so we will see how it goes. We want to go to Paris and the Czech republic so I gotta start selling some artwork Wink

Very pretty piece. The glass eyes are a fine touch. I completely a similar project in grade 10 when making my "Fat Giggly Dragon". It didn't look nearly this good, but it was cute.
    Well done.
