More older artwork, one of my first dragons ever c: he has no skin 8D <3

I'd like to re-draw this or even touch it up, I notice a few things I don't like so much ...but for now he is how he is

No mature content..he's not gross and oozing stuff everywhere D:

Beautiful detail work, especially on the horns/antlers. Borders on a kind of NW Native design. Do I see feathers?
