Letsee... the orc looks out of proportion- the torso and head is too long for the legs... in fact, I think all of them are... How do I explain this... Wait, I'll do the other stuff first then I'll do the proportion thing ^^ First thing- I can feel the friendly vibe in this picture already- you've done a great job there! If you want a roast though, you need to sketc hthem onto their back ground so you can know thier light source, surrounding and where they stand in relation to it. Putting foreground over them gives a sense of placement int he scene too. Next thing- elves in DND are short, and although half orcs are shorter than orcs, they're taller than humans- over 6 foot. Elves are closer to 5 foot.The elves would be chest height to the orc. It also gives an illusion of power.

Now- the proportion thing. Human males are 1:8 heads high approx. 1 being the height of the head- this measures a whole heap of things, like the length of the foot. As for the body:-
1- Head
2-nipple line
3- Belly button
4- crotch
5- mid thigh
6- knee cap
7- mid shin
8- feet.

Elves should be the same proportions I should think, but smaller. Orcs I reckon would be more of a 1:10 ratio- adding an extra head to the chest and legs for power. That is upto you.

Lastly- spot your pure black areas and pure whites and make sure they stay pure black or white. This piture should have an even ratio of all the tone scale- including black and white
