Concoction Bending

7. Is your character an expert at their element or still in the beginning stages of learning? 

Rathyn is pretty confident with his skills, he studied and trained most of the time in his life, especially after it turned upside down. He is able to bend any type of liquid to his will (in this case one of his brewed poisons) and in addition his draconic elven blood allows him to levitate as long as he doesn't overdo it which he shows off in this piece as well.
