She does seem crossed-eyed. It would look natural if she was blowing a big bubble of chewing gum though. 
The left pupil should be placed more to the left to make it look more natural.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think I'll try that...Or I could photoshop a bubble, turn it pink and place it over her mouth. Noone will no the difference
