🔥 kindle's a well traveled guy, having spent time on a couple teams on other continents in his youth. his first team went their seperate ways on good terms, but his second team came to a bit less friendly of an end. this caused kindle to take a break from exploring and his work. he spent his time volunteering locally in his home village on the earth continent. his family eventually shoved him back on the road after he caught wind of the stories of the mysterious "borders" and they saw the drive to explore in him again. kindle couldn't be more thankful, and he's as excited as ever to be back to his adventures. kindle isn't the brightest, but he's very earnest in what he does. a fun fact about him is that he was once on a team with a human who had been turned into a pokemon- exciting! he's currently working closely with a brand new explorer, azure- the kid has a lot to learn, but kindle think's he's just the mentor they need.
