Brief biography: 

Cyril was once a human from poor conditions. He lived humbly, doing odd jobs that did not earn much money and was always thinking where/how to get his next meal. He was turned into a vampire when one had been watching him - curiously. That vampire was impressed how Cyril managed to be so content, polite and positive even though he was frowned upon and shunned by other humans. How did he not become resentful? So, just to see what would happen, that vampire made an offer to turn Cyril into a vampire, that he would never need to worry about food again. That he would be rich. With little to lose, Cyril agreed.

Cyril likes shiny and pretty things. Not necessarily to own, but to marvel at. He is constantly amazed how little people need to survive. He still remembers things from his past, even if it has been a long time. And much to the dislike of the older vampire who turned him, Cyril never sought revenge.
