Physical Traits 

Construct - A round construct with a flared base and silver segmented arms with simply grasping claws on the end. Black sensors for seeing and the marking of #K80 on his flare. 

Android - caucasian, light blue, and silver body parts. Complicated robotic feet and legs. Yellow and blue eyes, light blue hair with two ribbon cables coming out at the front middle of his hairline. Tends to wear clothing leaving his arms and legs mostly exposed to keep clothing from being caught in his joints. Keeps a belt of tools to fix any parts or joints that might try and fail as he travels. 

Personality: Friendly and curious. Very good at detecting scams and analyzing data. Not likely to go straight into a fight and prefers to talk his way out of it. Easily scared by situations or things that he doesn't know much about. 

Attack Notes: K80 prefers to stay out of reach, his smaller body designed to zip around in the air. He likes to use the environment to set up traps or cause things to collapse and trap or kill enemies. More of a support character for solving problems and analyzing situations. In the realms of code and internet and signals, however? That’s a different story. 

Background: K80 was created by a man by the name of Dr. Hyden Toma. This scientist worked and reworked code, trying to make an AI that was as life-like as possible. This is why K80's age is difficult to determine but it is hard to pinpoint when K80 became himself. Dr. Toma worked on the project for about 5 years before he had a good base to work off of. After another three years he had a very decent interactive AI. At this point he started to hit dead ends. He made a fairly life like AI, but he couldn't make the AI really become a thinking being. He started getting into magic to see if there was some combination of code and runes that would work. He studied necromancy and life magic for 6 years before he started trying to implement what he had learned in the code. 

Eventually, slowly and surely with each new spell and amulet and artifact used, K80 came to life. 

K80 lived in Dr. Toma's computer for about 8 years since the first spell used on him. After a time, he considered himself a person and he wanted to have a body outside of the computer to try things and develop likes and dislikes. Dr. Toma started working on an android body, but in the meantime repurposed a construct so K80 would have something to play with while he worked. 

Eventually the android body was usable, though both K80 and Dr. Toma worked on making it even better and more realistic while being careful to avoid the uncanny valley. 

One day, 3 years after K80 got his construct body, the lab was raided by an organization that had been alerted to what Dr. Toma was doing. They demanded his talents in making construct weapons and to share with them his knowledge of mixing magic and technology. He refused but they captured him to try and force him to do what they wanted, trapping K80 in his construct body and boxing him up to be sent to a lab and studied. Because of some confusion, he was kept in a warehouse for a month where he had to shut himself down to keep his battery from dying without access to a recharge station. When he was transported again it triggered him to wake up where he called out for help as much as a construct could and Oria, a snow elf that had been visiting Avangard, helped him escape and decided to help him find a power source, track down his body, and find Dr. Toma.

Bits and Bobs

-He can eat food. His body grinds it up, dries it out and burns it and uses that as an extra source of energy. He tends to avoid very wet food because it takes too long to dry it and can make him smell of rotting food. He really likes chips and freeze dried fruit. 

-K80 spends a lot of time in his construct body. He's fond of it because it was his first body, but his android body turns out to be more useful in most situations, as is to be expected. 

-Has a tendency to hide behind friends when there are strangers around. Very funny when he is hiding behind a shorter person.
