Sen is a diety who entirely subsists on the concentrated might of their believers- without them, they would dissipate into almost non-existence..

Their followers/believers are people who fold a thousand paper cranes or paper stars for the chance to get a wish, imbuing constant dedicated devotion into each one. This means that they don't have many due to the effort it takes. This makes them all the fonder of their few believers, and regards them as a parent regards their child.

Once they have visited someone, they never forget them and that person gets immortalized on their cloak as a star. Bright stars represent those who are alive, and who still believe in them, and dark stars represent those who no longer believe in them or who have passed on. They use the devotion of their believer to grant their wish, and are capable of encouraging turns in mortals fates, or playing with the strings of destiny, but they are incapable of reversing death or time. With each believer's wish they grant, their power grows.

Despite being around mortals so frequently, Sen often struggles to understand them, and they struggle to understand themself. They spend most of their time helping others, so they are not even aware of their own wants or that they have them.

 Sen's apperance is dependent on their power level, or how many believers they have at the time.

When they were first created, (and when they have no/few believers) their apperance was a lot more simplistic. Their hair was short, fluffy and gray, and in place of their elaborate robes they had a simple cape with a golden clasp and a gray tunic that fell to their ankles. In this form, they may be partially or entirely transluscent, depending on how much power they have left.
