Species notes:
     Most spoodles are entirely harmless.  Their fangs are too dull to hurt anyone.  Spoodles are sapient and, despite their appearance and ability to produce silk, evolved from an arboreal squid-like creature.  A spoodle can produce strong strands of silk from their fangs and can choose the silk's thickness from a single thread to a fully formed heavy-duty rope, by combining strands from both fangs.  This silk is often colored with the same pigment as the spoodle's flesh.  Spoodles lack any joints under their fur, their legs actually being tentacles tipped with paw-like feet.  A spoodle's bare skin would feel like a thick rubber layered over a firm and sturdy inner core.  This inner core contains hydraulic tubes that help the spoodle support its weight.  The feet on the ends of the locomotive tentacles have a rubbery heart-shaped pawpad on the underside. Each foot has two claws growing right behind the pawpad.  The hands are similar, with a bean shaped palm pad and circular pad on each of the two fingers and thumb.  Claws grow right behind the finger pads.
     Ancient spoodles were opportunistic omnivores, preferring easy to grab fruits and bugs over larger prey.  Many developed huge fishing communities, catching fish in a similar way to real-world Net-Casting Spiders.  Modern spoodles prefer tasty smoothies made of all manner of food blended together, which they sip with their fang tips.  Due to their advanced and cooperative social structure, spoodles live remarkably long lives.  Healthy spoodles may live up to 250 earth years, reaching maturity at 55 years.

Brief biography:    
     Hailing from a world ruled by invertabrates, Sugar Toes stumbled through a portal some time ago and has been rather lost since.  Since his appearance is oddly frightening to the local lifeforms, he has struggled to communicate with anyone. 
     Sugar Toes is a rather normal example of his species, with no remarkable traits or markings.  He speaks multiple languages rather fluently, via the sporacles on his abdomen, and has already began learning the local language on this new world, by listening to the things people say when they don't see him and the things they shout when they do.  Sugar Toes was a menial worker back home, so he is really struggling to survive.  Running a claw polish bottling machine doesn't prepare you for darting through the trees in a forest full of monsters.
