Quod me nutrit, me destruit: Chapter 1

Help, I have done it again
I have been here many times before
Hurt myself again today
And, the worst part is there's no-one else to blame

She was getting thin, too thin for her own good. Her and Ino. Her lushes pink hair was becoming thin and fragile. The special light in her eyes was gone and she never smiled anymore. She quit her training “she didn't have time” is all she said. He thought it was his fault since he cheated on her one night with a skinny ditzy blonde. Never again will he touch sake.

“I'm so worried about them…..i love Ino with all my heart I really love her. I see her eat all the time and yet she keeps losing weight” Genma told him one night

“I know I love Sakura and I can see she's not eating I haven't seen her near food in so long”

Ouch I have lost myself again
Lost myself and I am nowhere to be found,
Yeah I think that I might break
Lost myself again and I feel unsafe

He went to her house. It was locked maybe she had forgotten he had a key. He walked into what felt like a freezer. He saw no sign of her and slowly made his way to the kitchen to find tons of water and lots of saltines. Not to mention cartons of cigarettes.

When did she start to smoke?

He opened the fridge to only find more water and a picture of her self when she was healthy. “Quod Quod me nutrit, me destruit, what nourishes me, also destroys me.” Is what it said on the bottom. He quietly made his way down the hall to her bedroom.

There on the bed was his Sakura…..well not anymore. She looked like a pile of bones, that's all you could see. She was in a pair of underwear and a bra no blanket and shivering quite badly. He looked up at her closet and began to look at all her clothes, they where tiny her pushed the clothes away to reveal a wall cover in pictures of skinny women and quotes and her before and after pictures. He then walked over to her desk as quietly as possible not to wake her. There was a journal, he began to read it only to find himself disgusted with well himself. She began to lose weight because she didn't think she was good enough for him, and he found out Ino began because she didn't want to risk losing Genma.

He looked at her trembling form and waked to the bed ad sat down. She didn't move, he slowly placed his hands on the rim of his mask and pulled it down then on her cool flesh. She woke at this ad looked up at him.

“Ka..Kakashi?” she whispered, he grabbed her and pulled her into a tight embrace tears started to run down his cheeks.

“I'm so sorry Sakura….I love you with all my heart. You weren't not good enough for me in fact I never disserved you!” He was in full sobs now “Please come back to me give another chance and believe me I will take care of you I promise!”

When he pulled away she just sat there staring at him tears running down her face as well.
