wow!! i love the style of the hair and the t-shirt...

the shadding on the nose is a bit awkwards though.. it looks like the nose is tilted to much to the left... i think you should add a bit more shadow on the underside of the nose (like between the nostrils).. and maybe start the hightlights a bit more to the right

The ear is amazing! i love the highlights!! The right side of the face looks a bit flat though... maybe add more of a cheekbone...

otherwise its really good!! and i love the tints of red around the eyes!

  Thank you! Ah... I agree about the nose, the highlight on the other nostril got a bit lost in the shadow there and I overlooked it -_- It does make the nose look bent at a funny angle. *nods* I definitely need to work on the three-dimensionality, I'm still pretty new to painting on the computer and trying to find the right balance of gradating the colors without it looking too smooth and fake since I really like the texture of painterly strokes. Ah... I need lots more practice! Thank you so much for the crit as well as the comment, I really appreciate it!
