The Stag and Companion

A Christmas present for my boyfriend's family, one of my first images using watercolor pencils.  The concept was actually going to be a Stag and his Deer, but it was done on Christmas Eve, and I ran out of time and ability to finish it.  The stag eventually got a snowman companion, and the snow is actually glitter.  The slight sheen on the edge of the snow is a special iridescent paint made by Delta Paints.

It goes to show that even on the coldest of days, you can find friendship anywhere.
