She was suppose to be a cheetah, but ended up as a winged random cat which was dubbed Wiley.

The wings were just for fun >.>

Also, I got bored with the eyes, hence the evil, uh, something (glare?).

Very cute. I like the blacklegs a lot (as odd as that probably sounds. XD)

Looks almost like you colored it in open canvas. What program did you use?

  Thank you ^^ Yeah, I have an obsession with back-legs, so it doesn't really sound odd ^^ But I'm happy that you like them O:
  
  I used to have Open Canvas, but i used GIMP for this (Even though my hand was a bit shaky, so the lines are a bit everywhere o.o).
