Acrylic on 16"x20" canvas.  Another experiment in texture and landscape.  It's all about the volcano and the lava.  Speaking of which... I really want to visit Kilauea while I'm visiting my ohana this summer.  Reference shots!  Yay!  Also paying homage to Madam Pele.

    Just an update... I didn't get to go to Kilauea that trip. There was too much vog (sulfuric acid fog... yummy!). Instead I went to Kauai and took a lot of pictures!
