It's a mermaid I did, and finally colored. it's watercolor, and copic/prisma markers.

FuwaKuma While the elbows are a tad funny, and the colors seem unaffected by the color of the water the shading is lovely as are the colors you chose to add to the fish and mermaid.flaryn I tried to add blue to the skin to show water effecting it but uh water color didn't go over very well. yeah elbows are weird, i noticed that too. my mom is hounding me for a copy of this again.FuwaKuma Murrr, might I suggest adding either a blue/green/purple shading to the deeper arts of the body? That might help make other mermaids more watery =3flaryn I'll keep adding green or blue to the deeper body in mind, but why purple?FuwaKuma Because purple fits more naturally into the skin tone. Rather than being awkward like green or blue and greying it out. Choose the right purple can make skin pop while being darker at the same time.flaryn I will have to try that.
