Phoenix

Ignore that awkward planet, as my friend called it. 

This is a phoenix for an art project. I hate projects that let you do anything you want. It's so hard to pick something!

I like the phoenix, the blending of the oranges and reds. Nothing else. I was actually thinking about making it white with yellow tips but I decided not to. The legs and the placement of one of the wings really bother me. I erased and redrew them several times, but I gave up and left them as is.
