A brief vacation

A character of mine, Laele. She started as just an MMO character, but eventually developed some backstory.

This was actually my first time ever using colored pencils to do a picture. I'd doodled with them before, but I'd never actually used them to color anything completely, so it was an interesting experiment. The lineart was actually done digitally in Painter with the pen tool. Then it was printed and colored in. It was lots of fun, something I intend to experiment with more another time.
