Personality:
He used to be nicer than he currently is. Ever since the Grudge came to the Padran system, he's become quite paranoid about his planet being taken from him. He looks for anything wrong in everyone he meets, he constantly judges people. 
He doesn't want any sentient species on his planet because he's afraid that they might rise up against him (though, that's never happened in the Padran system at all). 
He loves his looks and being picky about them often gets in his way, he spends most of his time grooming himself. He doesn't like his hands though, he would cut off his second pairs of hands, if it weren't for him wanting to keep himself whole.
His voice is a really soft one and he doesn't speak loudly at all and isn't listened to very often.
