Discovering the Sky Element

Nix was surprised when they stepped out of their old world, and into this new world. Something in them sparked with this ability. Latent magic of the sky. They had heard of magic that came from within, from their own self before, but never thought they would be one to be able to use it. They were equally as shocked that their new magic was so light and airy, compared to how dark and brooding they are. They were new to this (having to hurt themselves before to use any kind of magic, yet this magic came so naturally). So it would take some getting use to. It would take lighter thoughts, a better attitude, and practice to be able to keep such a bright magic alive, but they would try. It was weird but they were almost as much excited as they were astounded about this new magic. Maybe it would lead to a new chapter in life. If anything, It would be something to tell Trouble once he got back home, at least.
