Kelps - The New Year Scorbunny

Kelps is Takeru's more mischievous pokemon, unlike Moss who would rather nap and lounge all day, Kelps has traps to rig and people to prank. He's a sincerely well-meaning little rabbit, but loves the shocked gasp and wide eyes the great him whenever he startles a particularly gullible baby pokemon or trainer.
