Necklance Quartz

A cyan colored quartz necklace. which looks normal, but may have some hidden powers in it?

This is something worn by someone called "Teff", all the time.

He says that it was given to him by someone in his family, who? doesn't tell him, or any stranger, he treasures it too much, not to such an extent to be obsessed with it, but he never puts it aside. Others even say it is the culmination of his being, which may be true. It can glow in the dark, like a small flashlight. The purpose of this necklace, may seem like something normal, but to him, it can give him strength and possibly be responsible for giving him the powers he has, he says it has "moon protection", especially when there is a full moon, which can make him stronger in the circumstances he needs, or is involved in. They even say that if someone else wears it, it may not work, which gives the idea that the necklace is connected to its owner in some way, or maybe a pact with some entity, which is not confirmed yet, and people say that this theory is really crazy. But because of the cyan lines on her body, it makes you think that that quartz is like a part of her soul or some connection.

As said, it has a great value to him, like a family gift, or maybe something else, if he ever loses it, he will do everything to get it back, and because, as words of him:
"When I wear this, I feel protected, you know, it's not like a guardian or something, I just .... feel it...".
