Juicy new character introduction time

Sooo, during the time in the Crystal Empire's quarantine zone, Flashfloat loses his supplies by accident and unexpectedly meets Opto. Flash had known Opto in the past, but Opto is usually hard to find and tends to wander wherever his curiosity takes him. That's why Opto's unpredictable presence makes Flashfloat surprise.

But since Opto finally meet Flashfloat again, he's probably been around this Pegasus boi for a while 👀
