Neon's power

So to sum it up, It gave neon the sword, Thing gave him his powers, the ability to warp the sky, mainly the clouds, (this is why he can use telekinesis and teleportation by the way!!) He is still, to this day, learning how to use his powers, he still struggles to walk on clouds! He can also use gusts of wind to push away people. He doesn't use his power nearly as much as he uses his sword, as he is much better at that, but he wll use his powers if he needs to.
