Graeskar's Latent Surprise

There is some kinda humor in a pumpkin getting water as an element so was an interesting challenge to figure out how it manifests! Not sure if it comes across here but wanted to focus more on the "transformation" side of water. Aka he can shift his body into water and move about quicker.
