Baz'illith's talisman is a non-magical but large (12"inch/1 foot) and chipped tusk that was ripped from her father during battle.
It bears stains of food and grime.
Why is your character taking it with them?
As a reminder to stay true to her tribe, and to remember the day both her parents saved her from a Mindflayer attack.
Can also be used as a dagger.
