Hot Water Bleu cooling off with Water Element

While Mother and Brie seem to manifested Fire, Bleu seem to gain Water. She discover this while trying to bath in an tea cup and the water was too hot, so she wish to cool off when an ice form from the heat mist and cool her off...she does not use her Water power often but she does test it out once in an while.
