      I'm glad you like it! I guess you can say her hair is differently composed. It's just magically infused since she's considered a "Gifted" elf. She has so much mana stored within her mind it needs a better way to flow without causing damage to the body, such as within her hair.

      I'm actually going to add a section in my Havendust kingdom writing delving more in-depth about this phenomenon within draconic elves soon.
