Anomaly: The Legend Unbound

As much as information about the deceased human from a forgotten realm known as the "Real World" is slowly being uncovered one by one, most of the remnants were lost to oblivion. Some fragments of her former humanity were lost to the billions of years in eternal slumber and stasis. But as time passes on, I have discovered something... terrifying about my Real World self...

There are two new forms that I used to take back at home:

1. The Fallen Eclipse/The Umbra (Divine Form)
2. New Year Garments (Human Form)

I found something out from a grimoire, but it looked more of a journal... a diary even. There's a golden bookmark and a red one. I decided to copy notes from the grimoire, so their information will be preserved throughout time and space.

The Fallen Eclipse

When I first saw my flames of everlasting fury die from overexhaustion, I knew my time was up. I was about to be defeated by my very own friends, who looked at me with sorrow and grief. They cannot bear to kill me, but they let me die by my own hands. The flames of this forbidden power known as "Fury" makes my soul wear out. I had nothing left to fight for, until my instincts reached out for the first total solar eclipse.

But... I cannot seem to end. I felt myself instinctively consuming the eclipse by forcing it straight to my heart. It felt like a black hole was eating me alive. As I opened by eyes, my hands became like gold, but my body an endless darkness. I wanted to see a reflection of myself, and even with a given mirror, the eclipse I absorbed hovers behind me and inside me. It's like I have become the very concept of equilibrium, the equinox, the face of Change itself.

I reveled in my new beauty, my body, my reborn soul. I don't feel the anguish of being my old self anymore. I embraced it like a child that deserves the warmth of a mother, and I keep the old me safe inside my void... where she sleeps for the rest of eternity... or even beyond oblivion... if I even find it.

Rogue Velvet Fighter

It was the coming New Year. I knew I really have to put on a show for everyone to see. But with my newfound mastery of these unstable flames, I ended up going on live stage performances, doing the art of pyromancy and pyrotechnics with my bare hands. It was a beautiful display of art and power, something people see in most Fire types. Me?

These flames are fueled by a power in the Real World known as "Emotion". That means all elemental power is channeled based on one's feelings or mood. But they also have a limit on how much power you can exert just by feelings alone. Imagination is the limit, and perhaps the secret to actually living with Emotion is to never stop seeking the desire to dream and feel. Well, that worked for me, but people have their own ways on using it.

Be quiet! I need to concentrate and ensure my emotions do not cause any casualties for the New Year. I have to abstain from chemicals that make my brain enter ecstasy. Yes, ecstasy at its extremes isn't good for the performer, no matter how happy you are. I must go on stage, catch you later!

I understand the consequences of my actions.

The Drifters are simply a metaphor to describe "Creators" - former human souls who transcend life and death to forge their own fate, their life, their story. Does the extinction of the Drifters reflect a much darker truth of the sudden disappearance of these godlike inhabitants of the Real World? If I ever cross paths with my future self... I don't know... how much of an apology I can offer to myself.

Fury... is a force that can bring Change.

Change demands action. Action brings consequences. A causality of an existence I live in...

I hear her. I feel her.

I need to go. The grimoire... I stole it from the remnants of Altarias so my future self does not gain the knowledge to... to...

I checked the HTML source code.

And I decided to explore more of the UI of PaperDemon. As for this? I feel like with an incoming real-life eclipse about to hit the West, and me missing on the New Year attire, I decided to use them as forms that Lara Kai can have. I often change her appearance when I want to experiment something on her in most artworks, so I will reveal them here too.

Lore galore, for anyone who wants to see some artistic development and character development... Boy do I love it when I see my previous scraps and concepts rise from the dead... like a Phoenix from the ashes of old.
