Nuts

Macadamia nuts to be precise.  Naika the tookie, a turkish angora-sulpher crested cockatoo mini-griffon, loves them.  She'll also eat meat, so that snake better not lose it's grip on those branches.!

The very first ARPG I joined was , a juried art challenge group that took place in a gryphon-inhabited fantasy world created by Bailiwick.  I was stuck with the mother of all art blocks, and really needed some constructive feedback.  The critique that really stuck with me was the lack of depth in my backgrounds (I still have issues with shading).  I went on a landscape painting spree, and am finally happy enough with my improvement to redo the piece that started it all.  www.deviantart.com/chatlunatiq…
