Power of Paradox

In her 'second life', Cassiopeia was granted a paradoxical power of creation and destruction. Healing or other acts of minor creation manifest as a gentle, violet glow. Destruction manifests as a violet flame. However, while it the power in use emits light like a fire, it does not emit any heat. It also destroys by quickly withering the targeted object into dust and then nothingness rather than a traditional burning which leaves ashes.
