While Ash Gray keeps no item of value on his person that holds any meaning to him, he has met a man who sought a place to stay and survive that became the most important person in his life. Much like a teddy bear to a child, he is extremely attached to a person who could instead be seen as a threat for being a werewolf. One that hungers for meat, blood and an attitude that resembles a wolf itself. He is the one who keeps the King in check, and willing to look forward to each brand new day. It is the mercenary who encourages him to be more like himself. Amethyst is much like a talisman that protects him from himself.
