Hi! Thank you for the kind words, though Reh (RehARPG) was the one who originally made this design for the Halloween raffle! Sadly the particles coming off her have a sadder story, it's a mutation called Infested Spores and it's basically spores slowly eating away her membranes and fins x_x I gave her the name Arcana because of the coloration, towards her tail she gets more purple and purple is usually deemed a really spiritual color

Nice catch then, raffles are hard to win! Poor girl, that sounds painful! Hopefully there's a cure for that, swimming is going to become particularly hard without them. Purple and blue can be a beautiful color combo, I'd love to see her full design on here sometime
