The dragon's face came out well, I like their eyes. The left arm of the person came out stiff, though that can be a tricky angle so I understand why. I'd recommend adding more bend at the elbow, similar to the other arm, so it would feel more natural. Further, there are a lot of good references online for human anatomy, I like to reference them when I can't get a pose right (when I do draw humans that is), it helps me a lot and probably could make that tricky angle easier on you as well. Her outfit is cute, the blue goes with her hair/fur color nicely and the design of the straps looks good on her. I like how the aquion's tail curves around her, it has an elegant motion to it.
