I like the detail in her flower crown, it isn't just a flower with vines, but has some thorns (hopefully she has it so they don't scratch her). You did well on her hands too. The left one has the fingers not quite curling enough, so it feels a tad odd, but you don't have that occurring in the right had at all. Both of them feel very natural in how they connect at the wrists.
