Ohh, it could! There's probably a couple ways the water could flow, but it would be neat to see the water cascading from one of the holes on each tip. The flow from the top would run down the second curve, it would need to be adjusted so water wouldn't flow down the sides, but there'd be two streams of water falling. Very pretty indeed!
