Gosh I love a good blue+orange combo, they look delightful in the scenery together. The colors feel very jewel-tone in this, which gives the piece other-worldly feel, it makes me think of the world of the fey honestly, which is only amplified by the red smears. They look so much like blood, but its most likely berry juice. None-the-less, it brings interesting thoughts to mind, in a way juxtaposing a soft, deer-like creature with (what at a glance are) carnal tones. Gorgeous piece!
