This is super cool. It's like Pali made armor out of crystals. Totally how I would have gone with an Earth Latent Element ability.

    Thanks Troika! He comes from a world without plants (I guess... cave algae? Wait, but algae are protists. Yeah, no plants) so I imagine his connection with Earth would be on the more mineral-y side, which makes very strong and very shiny protection ^-^
