August is the best month for walking down old beaten paths. The weather is almost always perfect for it - the trees are just barely starting to yellow, and everything smells so... yummy and fresh and almost-autumny. Does that help?

Thank you so much. And it feels good to get some drawings in. I have 2 more posted now. February and March. I am going to post one a day. I am having so much fun with these. Oh... and before I forget to tell you... I got my very first commission. Can you believe that? ME! A commission! *way excited* And a large one at that. I have been asked to do illustrations for a book someone is writing. Is that cool or what? I get excited anytime someone asks me just to draw a picture for them. But a book? I am so excited! And I'll actually get paid for it. This year is starting out so awesome for me. I hope it is for you too. I miss you lovey. All my lovesies and Snuggles to you. mwah!
