They do look awefully similar- Keitaro gets it worse physically though- those girls are SCAREY!! Shenji just gets screwed up mentally- poor guy. He has such a psycho father ^^;

They do look awfully alike, don't they? Well they are both adorable. 
Poor Shinji. I just want to grab him and hug him. The poor little thing. Someone should kick his father in the b*lls. As for Keitaro, those girls he lives with are brutal! Someone should really stock that houshold with Midol or something.
