Mmm, not bad! 
I like this pic. Just watch out for her face; her chin looks off centre. Also, her hands are a little odd, especially the one down below because it looks like the thumb is pointing out when it should be pointing in.
All in all, this is really nice.
I like the way you shaded the green parts of her uniform, and I think it would've been good to increase the contrast on other areas so that they look shaded (for example, the white on the collar and the sleeves). I know, it's hard to tell with pencil crayons and a scanner
