what did you think of it?

Ahhhh- that's beter Smile My next suggestion is using a different format when you save. The format you are using- JPEG, this format makes the pictures blotchy when it compresses it (long explination why it does this), and is messy. I save mine as PNG format. If you can do this, it'll increase the quality of the saved pic.

On a brighter note- I like your contrast in brightness of colours. I can give pointers on other stuff, but I'm unsure of your direction with art. Are you wanting realistic proportions? The style you want is anime?

well, i was definately going for an anime style, and thanks for the pointer, ill start saving my pics as png.

Sorry- what I meant was the proportions- are you wanting a realistically proportioned anime, or are you fine as you are?

oh, well yeah, of course i would like atleast a semi realisticly proportioned anime.

Alright- this thing I've picked up makes proportions easy for all but for shortened veiws- but they're always a challenge. You wont get them till you can spot what the correct length looks like without measuring

The proportion of the adult human is approx 1:8 - This is measured based on the hight of the head

              1 head
              2 Nipple line
              3 Belly Button
              4 Crotch
              5 Halk way down leg
              6 Knee
              7 Half way down shin
              8 Feet

              This help? Smile

No problem ^^ It gets challenging with foreshortening, but it takes ALOT of the headaches away ^^
