I must say I like the drawing. I think the reason he looks like a girl is because of his face. The main difference between a woman and a man's face is the jaw. I can't really explain in english. The jawbone f a guy kinda stands out... I hope I made any sense. I think you could use a manga tutorial to see the basics about a guy's body. I don't think I can explain too well... mangatutorials.com is where I went to look. As for drawing faces I don't think it'll help much. As for myself I just learn by drawing from different pictures.Anyways, good luck.
