Yeah- I could be kicked out of my house anytime between now and Febuary- when the buy pays for the house. Apparently their house is on auction this week. If it sells, I'll be flatting by new years 
On the brighter note, I'm moving to a 3 acre section in Kumeu- a BEAUTIFUL veiw, huge house and lots of fresh air and space
