This has exceptionally good coloring, and the inking looks very crisp and clean. However,(you asked for a roast, and you shall get it)the underlying forms look a bit off in places. The headbands need to curve with the skull, like on Sakura and Sasuke. The fingers need to be the right length and curve properly. (Most are very good, so I know you can do it!!) Also pay attention to bends in the shoulders, elbows, and knees. Your flaws are minimal, but they distract from the overall effect. If you are using another picture as reference, don't be afraid to move away from it a bit to make the overall picture look better.
