Excellent job on the coloring. I think the coolest part is the iv bag. it's so subtle but it almost looks real.
I think though that there are a couple things compositionaly that could be improved here. First, Vegeta's hands look akwardly covered by the sheets. Almost as if you did that so you wouldn't have to draw the hands
The expressions on both of their faces are done very well. I especially like Goku's.
I think by having the sheets yellow it draws away from the impact of Vegeta going SSJ over the loss of Goku. So I think perhaps a better choice would be to make the sheets more of a muted blue-gray tone.
