Hm. Well I'll give my shot at a simple critique. I just have a bit of a problem with the fact mostly because it looks like the mouth is too low.

Other than that though, nice anatomy on the guy. :]

    The mouth isn't too low. The rest of the face is too far up. I suck at looking down. XD
