Wow. I really love her hair. The colorful shading is beautiful. My only possible critiques might be that first of all her arm really seems to thin compared to the rest of her. i realize it might be stylized and done on purpose but it still seems off to me.
Also the backgroun doesn't have the same smooth appearance, which again may have been done on purpose but I'm not sure that contrast works for me. I do like how the background is so much paler than the figure. It really makes her stand out that much more.
I love the way you've done her scales and her hand is just beautiful.
