Love the rendering, and stone-y glare...I'm a major Hiei fan (like so many) and you captured him very bishie here without losing his personality. 
My only critique is you uploaded a HUGE version of your drawing, and its very hard to see it all in one shot.

Sorry about that. Even when I resize them to say, 3 x 6, they still come out exceedingly large when on full view.
