Hmm I like her pose and attitude. The "thief" profession does shine through in the drawing.
Her right foot though seems odd because its front facing. Drawing anything front facing like that is hard to get just right. Maybe try 3 quarter turn.

    ya, i hate drawing feet from the front >< usually though, when I draw shoes in 3/4 view or slitly tilted, they end up tipped down, and I didn't think that would work in the picture with the other shoe.
